Online Purchase Return & Exchange Policy

At Red Wing Safety, our commitment to quality and craftsmanship is unwavering. We strive to ensure that you are entirely pleased with your acquisition. However, we understand that not every purchase may meet your expectations. Under such circumstances, we are more than happy to provide a return & exchange service within a period of 14 days from the date on which you received the item(s).

1. What is the return & exchange validity period?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you received the online order. Example: If you received the parcel on August 1st, we can handle it until August 14th.

2. Do you accept return & exchange without the shoes box/ price tag/ item label?

As per our Return & Exchange policy, Red Wing Safety product(s), shoes box, price tag & item label must be returned in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all packaging and tags intact. We reserve the rights to decline any return or exchange if the item displays signs of wear or damage, in which case it will be returned to you.

3. How do I initiate a return & exchange?

To start an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team via email/ phone/ whatapps or the Contact Us form on our website. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

4. Who is responsible for the shipping costs of the return & exchange?

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us for an exchange, unless the item(s) were defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item(s) reach us safely.

5. How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After successful inspection of the returned item(s), we will send you an email confirmation and ship the replacement item(s) to you. Shipping times for the replacement item(s) will vary depending on your location.

6. Is there a restocking fee for return & exchange?

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to return & exchange. If applicable, this fee will be clearly stated in the product description, and our customer service team will inform you during the exchange process.

7. Are there any items are not allowed for returns and exchanges?

Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return or exchange. T-shirt, socks and packaged items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy. Always refer to the specific product page and our website for the most up-to-date information on our exchange policy.

8. I’ve purchased marked down item that broke down within 14 days of use, am I eligible for an exchange?

Unfortunately, marked down items are typically final sale and may not be eligible for return & exchange, even if they break down shortly after purchase.

9. What if the items(s) that I want to exchange is currently out of stocks?

If the items(s) that you want to exchange is currently out of stocks, we would suggest you to proceed return & exchange to other item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the rejection of your return request.

10. I purchased a Red Wing product from outside of Singapore or another platform/ retailers, am I able to exchange it here?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for items purchased outside of this platform or from another retailers. We recommend reaching out to the original seller for assistance with exchanges.
